The idea for BlueCloud was born when Alyssa, our founder, was ‘side-hustling’ as an expert author for SalesforceBen. From there, Salesforce partners began reaching out asking for her help with content.
Alyssa had already worked as a strategic advisor for ISV’s and spotted a gap. Partners wanted to use content as a lead gen tool but needed someone who could ‘speak Salesforce’.
Since then, BlueCloud has been working alongside Salesforce partners to grow their revenue.
The Team
Alyssa is our Managing Director and a 9x certified Salesforce expert. Alyssa brings a wealth of knowledge from years of experience in various roles – from strategic alliances to business analyst to sales engineer, which has given her the tools to create impactful content and offer direction to businesses across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Jake is our Head Of Delivery. Part of his job is to keep everyone happy and make sure everything is running smoothly!
Referred to as a ‘sponge’ by Alyssa, he funnels her Salesforce expertise into the content BlueCloud creates for clients.
